Profile
The diagnosis usually comes fast. What's broken, what's working harder than it needs to, where the ceiling is and why. The harder part is knowing what to do with that, and how to bring people along when you do.
I've run large retail operations, managed complex dealer networks, built things from nothing, and fixed things other people had stopped believing in. The through-line isn't the work. It's the way of seeing it.
